Homelab gravity always pulls toward “leave it running.” Mid-August I cut a few side quests:
- Ollama — stopped and disabled. Model weights stay on disk; I’m not purging yet.
- AI import — off (
AI_IMPORT_ENABLED=false). Import note still cleans Markdown without waiting on a dead:11434. - 0x0 — still serving a handful of old Walks screenshots on
files.*. New shares go through Hub Drops; Walks is the public trail. Migrate script is in the repo when I’m ready to finish the move.
I don’t need a second file-host personality forever. See also Cerb 0x0.
