Parking side quests: Ollama, 0x0, and AI import

Homelab gravity always pulls toward “leave it running.” Mid–August cut:

• Ollama — service stopped and disabled. Model weights stay on disk; no purge yet.
• AI_IMPORT_ENABLED=false — Import note still works as deterministic Markdown cleanup; it no longer waits on a dead :11434. (Windows ^M in .env briefly made sed look broken; one line, two printouts.)
• 0x0 — still serving files.* for four published Walks screenshots, mapped to on-disk IDs. cerb-cms/scripts/migrate-0x0-to-drops.ts is in the repo; cutover on the box is the next ops step, not claimed done.

The main path is Hub library + Walks from Drops, not a second file host personality forever. See also Cerb 0x0.
