Staff UI was doing the job, but Settings was a long hallway and Users was a spreadsheet cosplay. This pass is mostly about scanning less and inviting better.
Settings uses accordion sections and a jump TOC. Role cards show scope badges. The permission editor knows Member / Own / Crew / Everyone / Staff, with filter, group All/None, and Friend / Editor / Owner templates so you’re not inventing keys by feel.
Users is a card grid — avatar, role/status, quota meter — with quota defaults collapsed until you need them. Signup invite links can assign any assignable role (not only friend); the role rides on the token into signup.
On Hub, Library rate limits (zip / download / stream) flash in-app and can alert staff with ops alerts. Account → Preferences can enable desktop notifications for Hub Alerts on that browser — optional, local permission, not a marketing channel.
Admin stays at admin.walkerjacob.com. Members stay on Hub. Same story as Hub is not Admin.
