Three small paths that remove the “save, upload, open shares, copy, switch apps” loop.
Quick share on Library upload: pick a name, optionally reuse an existing stack title from the datalist, turn on Quick share, and the file lands ready + unlisted with copyable share URL(s) waiting. Same share model as before — guest-friendly links, no account required for the recipient (share links without a memory for the secret).
Paste works on the upload page and in DM compose. Ctrl/Cmd+V a screenshot or file from the clipboard and Hub treats it like you picked it from disk.
Attach in a DM thread creates a ready + unlisted drop under the DM Share stack, mints a share link, and inserts it into compose. You still hit send when you’re ready; the embed preview behaves like any other share URL in the thread.
None of this turns Messages into a file host UI. Library stays the shelf; DMs stay quiet inbox threads with a faster “here’s the clip” button.
