Hub shipping wave — Guide through Quick share

Notes from the late Hub push (roughly 2.12 → 2.19) so I don’t lose the sequence.

Member UX

• Guide chapters + What’s new patch notes
• Hub Mail path allowlist + Roundcube SSO (“Open webmail”)
• Edits: timed comments, Mark here, stack-aware review, Library links that don’t 404
• Library zip → unpack into stack; Media playlist groups by stack
• Library defaults to your uploads; thumbs/posters instead of full streams on browse
• Quick share on upload; clipboard paste on upload + DM compose; DM Attach → DM Share stack + share link in compose

Ops / roles

• Owner Pull update / Restart (ops.deploy) via deploy-agent (no docker.sock in the admin container)
• admin.access split from cms.access — ops roles can use Admin host without public-site CMS
• Role-change Alerts ask members to re-login so Hub/Admin access matches

Playback

• Tunnel-safe Range sizes, faststart remux, share landing Play overlays — the “gray dead page” class of bugs
